All of our people across our business are highly competent in what they do, from our engineers out in the field to our back-office support at HQ, we would even go as far as saying they are the best in the industry. You may ask how we can say this so confidently? Well, we have a dedicated team that’s main responsibility & focus is the training and development of our people.

For our engineers we have developed award winning training & career development programmes. With support from industry leading training providers ranging across the whole engineering spectrum, from electric to gas, risk, H&S and water, backed with extensive on the job training & coaching, regular reviews, in-house soft skill programmes & OEM specialist training from all over Europe.

The training for our engineers doesn’t stop there, once established as a competent engineer if an ambition to progress is shown the opportunities are endless, to become our next team leader, coach and train the next generation, or even move away from the tools into an operational role – we have proven development plans that can get our people there!

The only way to ensure that we go from strength to strength is to ensure that our people in the office get the same opportunities that that our team in the field do.
